When an order sells on FoundinItaly.com you will be notified, make sure to update your partner portal with tracking completing the order. -How does it work? Let's get started:Once accepted - You will receive a second email providing you with your partner portal information. The portal will allow you to manage your products, listings, pricing and orders from FoundinItaly.com - If you are using Etsy, you can use FoundinItaly partner portal to publish and automatically sync products. Tracking details can be entered through your FoundinItaly seller portal, as Etsy doesn't currently allow orders to be synced.To sync with Etsy, FoundinItaly will create a partner provider, and under the Orders tab, select Email / dropship portal. Then, connect a new inventory feed. We will just need to add the username for the vendor. No additional authentication details are required. - What does an inventory only - integration mean? With inventory only - integration, there isn’t a way for us to create an order in the your Etsy store, As such, You will need to mark the item as shipped from the partner portal - This is the heart of your order management with foundinitaly.com If the inventory level changes (eg the vendor sells something), this will reflect in FoundinItaly,com. - Will your Etsy store be charged Etsy fee's if a synced product sells on FoundinItaly.com? No, they will not. The transaction happens outside of Foundinitaly.com. - How does it work? You as a partner begins by listing your items in their online store. As your items sell, you’ll be sent order details by FoundinItaly.com. Then, you ship the items directly to the customer. You’ll be notified of shipping methods (e.g. priority or first class) and any additional requests from the customer (e.g. custom designs, engraving etc). In most cases you will have the ability to download a Prepaid shipping label & return label. All you have to do is print, place on the package and ship it out. Note: On some platforms (e.g. Etsy, Squarespace), it’s possible to sync inventory automatically, but not possible to place orders in your Etsy store. In these situations, you can again use the partner portal for entering tracking details. - How are my items listed? FoundinItaly will agree a list of products they’d like to stock in the marketplace and showcase your products to their customers. Then we will publish those products in the store, all from within FoundinItaly.com. With FoundinItaly, inventory levels, pricing, images and other details will all be kept in sync. FoundinItaly may customize information, description or create romance text for your product, but it won’t change anything on your store outside foundinitaly.com. Important: FoundinItaly will never alter or update any of your product data. Naturally some vendors are concerned FoundinItaly might be able to change things in the store without their knowledge " Outside of FoundinItaly.com, but FoundinItaly only requires READ permissions. Your inventory may change as items are placed in your store, but, that’s controlled by your platform. - What if I don't want all my products to be shown on FoundinItaly.com? That’s simple. Just add “NO-DROPSHIP” as a tag or add to a “NO-DROPSHIP” category. This tells FoundinItaly to ignore this product when importing items. We encourage you to add all items within the FoundinItaly.com Marketplace. - How do I ship Items? Don’t worry if you are shipping from the FoundinItaly partner portal, it’s very straightforward to use. As a customer places an order you’ll receive an email with the order details. Click to view the order, then all you need to do is enter the tracking details or print the pre-paid shipping label . - How do I get Paid? You can be paid automatically by FoundinItaly via Paypal, Stripe or bank wire transfer. The merchant might also transfer payments via PayPal or any other agreed system. FoundinItaly will disburse your funds within your payment periods. - How do I setup shipping rates?
